Our Mills

A wheel that has been spinning for a long time

Grinding is carried out with natural stone grinders at low speed in order to obtain healthy flours rich in all their nutrients.

Two separate sites, one in Dello (BS) La Grande Ruota for grinding corn and one in Sermide (MN) Zapparoli Mill in 1700 for processing wheat and cereals in order to avoid gluten contamination.
